During 20 years at Austin Clinic, her medical skin practice in Balgowlah, she has helped countless patients, both male and female. Her comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges regarding skin health and beauty enables her to treat a broad range of concerns, from skin cancer to cosmetic skin issues.

Dr Austin’s medical experience, coupled with Melissa Miller’s dedication to the benefits of clean beauty, fuelled a passion to create a skincare line to address the specific needs of Australians. This was the birth of the Austin Skin product range, the direct result of their combined expertise. Dr Austin's in-depth knowledge of skin health informs the development of each and every formulation, while Melissa's commitment to ethical practices ensures all products are cruelty-free, vegan, and free of harsh chemicals.
